We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Contract Baker to join our team at our Richmond location. The ideal candidate will possess excellent baking skills, creativity, and a strong understanding of various baking techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of goods including bread, pastries, cookies, and cakes.
- Follow and develop recipes to ensure quality and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Monitor ingredients and supplies, and manage inventory as needed.
- Ensure all baked goods are prepared and presented according to our standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of baking techniques and methods.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
