Coffee and Food Operations Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Coffee and Food Operations Manager with a potential ownership opportunity to help lead and grow our coffee shop. This role is ideal for someone passionate about managing a coffee shop and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop.
Manage and support baristas.
Ensure the facility is fully stocked, clean, and well-maintained each day.
Open the shop on time and ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
Ensure all employees are well-trained, maintain quality service, and exhibit a positive customer service attitude.

Requirements:

Proven management experience in the food and beverage industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Commitment to excellent customer service.
Ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.
