Qualifications:

• Valid and current certification/licensure as a School Psychologist in Connecticut (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working within K-12 settings preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultative skills
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Must be available for full-time, on-site, in-person work

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological assessments for K-12 students across multiple schools
• Offer direct counseling, behavioral interventions, and crisis support
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Develop and help implement IEPs and behavior plans
• Collaborate on intervention strategies and promote positive school climates
• Maintain accurate and confidential records
