Pay: $17.00 - $25.00/hr* Employment type: Full time Shift: may vary Position Summary As a Maintenance Associate, you will ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and associates. You will be on your feet most of the day, handling maintenance tasks, safety inspections, and emergency responses while maintaining a positive attitude. What you'll do Perform sweeping, mopping, and floor cleaning across the facility. Conduct safety sweeps and follow all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines. Spot and operate forklifts safely and report unsafe situations to management. Handle and dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. Respond promptly to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash per the environmental sustainability program. Maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, rotating and storing them correctly, and place orders when supplies are low. Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates during all hours of operation. Provide a positive first and last impression for customers. Maintain a positive, team‑focused attitude at all times. Compensation Base hourly wage: $17.00 – $25.00* Premiums: $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be awarded based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
