Mesilla Valley Transportation is hiring System Installation Technician in El Paso, TX!/strong/p pstrongJob Summary/strong/p pThe System Installation Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting tracking devices, cameras, and Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) on trucks and trailers, as well as servicing tire pressure systems and related components. The role also includes updating truck parameters, conducting repairs, and documenting all work in maintenance software./p pstrongEssential Duties and Responsibilities/strong/p pInstall cameras, tablets, and tracking devices on trucks/trailers./p pRemove and replace damaged GPS trackers./p pConduct inspections and maintain the tire pressure system in trucks./p pCheck and adjust pressure system boxes on trailers, including replacing pressure system lights as needed./p pInstall and uninstall test products as required./p pConduct repairs on wheel covers./p pInstall Electronic Logging Device (ELD) on new units and addresses damaged or faulty parts./p pAdjust and/or update truck parameters using Cummins Power Spec and OE software./p pDocument repairs in maintenance software accurately and effectively./p pTroubleshoot tracking devices to ensure proper functionality./p Pay Range: 15.00-15.00 per_hour, General Benefits: System Installation Technician
