Enloe Health is a non-profit, community-owned level II trauma center offering flight care, STEMI and advanced stroke program in the vibrant Northern California city of Chico. Serving more than 400,000 residents in a six-county region, we provide quality, compassionate, cost-effective care to our patients. CEMPG is truly a democratic group with a stable contract with Enloe for over 40 years.  Partnership offered after first year if a good fit with no buy-in.  All ED board certified physicians work in one location.  Compensation is all RVU based, top 10% compensation nationwide. Independent contractor/1099 model.
