Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Labor & Delivery/Postpartum for a travel assignment in Monroe, NC. This role involves providing care in a 18-bed LDRP unit within a community hospital setting, managing 40-65 deliveries per month.

- Provide comprehensive care to LDRP and GYN surgical patients, adhering to AWHONN Guidelines
- Circulate during c-sections and provide newborn care, including heel sticks and 24-hour testing
- Support lactation and conduct NAS scoring
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CNAs, Charge Nurses, and Lactation Consultants
- Active RN license with BLS, ACLS, EFM, and NRP certifications
- Minimum of 2 years LDRP experience
- Proficient in EPIC EMR and use of medical equipment such as Alaris pumps and GE fetal monitors
