Senior Physical Therapist - Clinic Lead & Clinical Instructor

We're looking for an experienced Physical Therapist ready to lead, teach, and treat — all in one role. As our Senior PT, Clinic Lead, and Clinical Instructor, you'll shape patient outcomes, mentor the next generation of PTs, and help run a thriving outpatient orthopedic clinic in Gardena, CA.

This is not your average PT job. It's a dual-impact role for a clinician who is as passionate about developing talent as they are about hands-on patient care.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic patients using evidence-based, manual therapy–focused care
• Lead daily clinic operations and serve as the point-of-contact in the director's absence
• Supervise and mentor PTAs, PT Aides, and clinical staff
• Host and evaluate PT students during clinical rotations using the APTA CPI
• Liaise with affiliate PT program coordinators (ACCEs) on student performance
• Contribute to staff development, scheduling, and quality improvement

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active California PT License
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience (required for CI eligibility)
• APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor (CCI) certification — or willingness to obtain within 6 months
• Experience or strong interest in supervising PT students
• Leadership mindset with strong communication and team-building skills
• Proficiency in manual therapy and functional orthopedic assessment
