This full-time role offers the chance to make a significant impact as a school nurse, providing dedicated care to a 5th grade female student who is non-verbal, has limited vision, and requires specialized medical attention including g-tube feedings and respiratory monitoring.

What we're seeking:

• Active RN license with eligibility to work in a school setting
• Experience in pediatric care and working with medically complex children
• Strong understanding of g-tube feeding and respiratory monitoring protocols
• Excellent communication skills, particularly when working with non-verbal children
• Ability to respond calmly and efficiently to medical needs during school hours
• Commitment to compassionate, individualized care

• Providing direct 1:1 nursing care from 8:15am-3:15pm, Monday through Friday
• Monitoring vital signs and respiratory status, responding promptly to changes
• Managing g-tube feedings safely and according to prescribed plans
• Communicating with school staff and family members about care and updates
• Creating a safe, inclusive environment that supports the physical and emotional well-being of your student
