Independent 1099 Contractor | Plastic Surgery & Operating Room

We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial individual to join a growing medical sales team focused on plastic surgery and operating room products.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into medical device sales, gain exposure to the surgical environment, and build relationships with plastic surgeons, physicians, and hospital teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with plastic surgeons, surgeons, physicians, and OR personnel.
• Introduce innovative surgical products and solutions to hospitals, surgery centers, and private practices.
• Support product evaluations, clinical trials, and in-service education.
• Assist with product adoption and account development.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Provide support to clinical teams and healthcare professionals in the OR setting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Interest in medical device sales, plastic surgery, or healthcare.
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable working in hospital and surgical environments.
• Ability to travel locally within an assigned territory.
