Travel Transplant RN - $2,896 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Transplant for a travel nursing job in San Francisco, California.

Job Description & Requirements

Required Certifications & Licensure

• BLS
• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License required

Required Experience

• Previous outpatient nursing experience required.
• Experience coordinating patient care in a transplant, specialty clinic, or acute care setting preferred.
• Experience with medication prior authorizations, patient education, and care coordination required.
• Experience reviewing laboratory, diagnostic, and procedure results.
• Experience assisting with admissions, discharges, and discharge planning.
• EPIC Phoenix experience required (strict requirement).
• Recent outpatient experience using the EPIC EMR system required.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 5 x 8-hour shifts
• No weekends
• No holidays
