Registered Nurse Office Manger

We are a staffing agency as well as Home Health care. We are hiring for a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) for our office. We are looking for an RN Nurse Manager who is passionate about keeping care in the home and providing a family‑like care approach to our clients and their families. Responsibilities Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care. Visit our clients in their homes for supervisory/assessment. Supervise a team of field nurses/CNA/HHA’s. Facilitate new hire orientation and training. Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience as an RN. Current and unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts. Home Health experience required. Supervisory experience is a plus. Comfortable using technical tools and software/EMR for visit documentation. Current CPR Certification. Driver\'s License (Required). CPR/BSL (Required). Licensed in the state of Massachusetts or eligible compact state licensure. Job Details Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract. Schedule: Day shift; 8 hour shifts; Holidays; Monday to Friday; On call; Weekends as needed. Weekly schedule: Weekends as needed. Location: Yarmouth Port, MA 02675 (in person). Education/License: Current Massachusetts RN license (or eligible compact license) and CPR. Home Health experience required.
