Warehouse Administrative Coordinator Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM $20-23/hr. Sedona Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day communication and coordination between the staffing agency and temporary employees working on the warehouse floor. This position will work closely with Sedona Staffing and warehouse leadership to help ensure temporary employees are supported, attendance is properly tracked, and any employee-related concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact between Sedona Staffing, warehouse leadership, and temporary employees. Maintain regular communication with Sedona regarding temporary employee needs, concerns, and performance. Track and document attendance issues, tardiness, call-offs, and other employee-related concerns. Communicate attendance expectations and company policies to temporary employees. Be comfortable having professional and sometimes difficult conversations with temporary employees regarding attendance, performance, conduct, and workplace expectations. Help address employee questions or concerns and communicate issues to the appropriate Sedona Staffing representative. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new temporary employees as needed. Help ensure temporary employees understand their schedules, responsibilities, and workplace expectations. Perform general administrative duties and other tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Previous administrative, warehouse, staffing, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with employees and addressing difficult situations professionally. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and basic computer systems. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with warehouse leadership and Sedona Staffing. Must be dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
