Rehab Director/Director of Rehab Independent Living

Overview Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Rehab Director for an open position in Conroe, TX. This is an Independent Living facility with an outpatient clinic to treat residents. You must be a licensed therapist. To be considered, you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist. Experience in Outpatient and as a Rehab Director is helpful (not required). Responsibilities Serve as Rehab Director for an Independent Living facility with an outpatient clinic to treat residents. Qualifications Licensed therapist (OT, PT, or SLP) and graduate from an accredited program.
