Medical Director | GP + ER (No Overnights)
Join a growing small animal hospital offering a mix of general practice and urgent care in a collaborative, well-equipped environment. This role is ideal for an experienced veterinarian seeking leadership opportunities, case variety, and excellent work-life balance without overnight or on-call shifts.
Practice Highlights
- Small animal hospital with general practice and urgent care services
- Advanced technology, including digital full-body and dental radiography, ultrasound, and an in-house lab
- Cold laser therapy and soft-tissue surgery with a laser cautery unit
- Supportive, communicative team culture
Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical, surgical, and urgent care services
- Perform procedures in a dedicated surgical suite with skilled technical support
- Build strong client relationships through education and communication
- Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical excellence
Candidate Profile
- Licensed DVM (or eligible for licensure) in California
- Experience in general practice or urgent care preferred
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented approach
