Prepare detailed, accurate work orders for each audit and promote the adoption of recommended energy-saving measures. Quality Control & Compliance: Conduct Post-Quality Control Inspector (QCI) Audits in strict compliance with industry Best Practices and Weatherization Program Rules and Regulations. Maintain organized, complete files for all assigned tasks to ensure full compliance with federal, state, and agency guidelines. Technical Standards Knowledge: Read, master, and maintain familiarity with the technical support manuals, state building codes, and program guidelines governing the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP). Data Collection and Analysis: Provide spatial analysis with the ability to interpret and manipulate geographic data to identify patterns, relationships, and trends in land use, zoning, housing, transportation, and environmental factors.
