Automotive Parts Manager | $60K Base + Bonus | Monday-Friday

Location: Noblesville, IN
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $60,000 base salary
Pay Type: Salary + performance bonus
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
Earning Potential: Approximately $70,000 annually
Bonus: 1% of gross profit

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager in Noblesville, IN. This position offers a $60,000 base salary plus a 1% gross profit bonus, with expected annual earnings of approximately $70,000.

You'll support a busy automotive repair operation with 12 bays, 8 lifts, an air-conditioned shop, and an established parts and inventory process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and order automotive parts to support daily repair operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and parts records.
• Manage parts returns, cores, and related processes.
• Ensure technicians and service advisors receive needed parts efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with technicians, service advisors, and other internal customers.
• Follow established ordering and inventory procedures.
• Anticipate upcoming parts needs and proactively address potential issues.
• Help maintain an organized and efficient daily shop workflow.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience is required.
• Inventory management experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Experience working within established processes and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional communication skills when working with internal customers.
• Dependable, accountable, and proactive approach to daily responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits
