Reports to Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef. Responsibilities Provides high-quality service to guest according to acceptable standards of the profession and the organization. Maintains close and frequent contact with contract guest, and strengthen rapport between the restaurant and guest. Strong knowledge in Food & Beverage Ensures personal compliance with company policies and procedures. Works harmoniously with fellow employees. Performs other duties as assigned by upper management.
