Bartenders Weekend (Part Time)

Bartenders Weekend (Part Time) are responsible for accurately entering food orders, serving alcoholic beverages responsibly, and delivering exceptional guest service in accordance with Marriott's brand standards. Candidates should be skilled at mixing and matching ingredients to create both classic and innovative cocktails that meet customer preferences and expectations. The primary purpose of this position is to engage with hotel guests and ensure they enjoy an exceptional experience at our bar and lounge.

1. Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests.
2. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner; take orders and serve drinks and food.
3. Assess customers' needs and preferences and make appropriate recommendations.
4. Prepare and mix drinks in accordance with Marriott's brand-standard drink menu and service requirements.
5. Demonstrate the ability to craft high-quality cocktails and other beverages using provided ingredients.
6. Check customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
7. Restock and maintain bar inventory, supplies, alongside workstation cleanliness.
8. When the cook position is not staffed, be able to prepare menu items in accordance with kitchen and food-safety standards.

Education

High School or better.

Experience

1 year: Bartending Experience
