SourceGeek LLC is a staffing and sourcing firm based in Sheridan, Wyoming. We help companies hire across technology and industry roles, from individual contributors to leadership. Our team is growing, and we are adding Sourcing Associates to support our recruiters.

About the Role

As a Sourcing Associate, you will find and reach out to potential candidates for open positions our recruiters are working on. This is an entry level role. We provide paid training during your first two weeks, and you will work with a team lead who reviews your progress and answers your questions.

What You Will Do

Search for candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and our internal database using the criteria our recruiters provide

Review profiles and resumes to check whether candidates match the basic requirements of a role

Send outreach messages and follow ups to potential candidates

Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in our applicant tracking system

Pass interested candidates to recruiters with short notes on their background

Track your weekly activity and share updates with your team lead

What We Are Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus

No prior recruiting experience required

Comfortable using computers, email, and web based tools

Clear written English and a professional tone in messages

Organized, able to follow a process, and able to manage a daily task list

A reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work

Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in the US

Available to work 40 hours per week during US business hours

Nice to Have

Experience in customer service, sales, administrative work, or any role involving a lot of written communication

Familiarity with LinkedIn or applicant tracking systems
