Part-Time

Bayou Crafting Company is looking for a reliable and energetic Part-Time Retail Associate to join our growing team in Lafayette. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with purchases and product questions
Stock, fill, and replenish inventory
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store
Communicate clearly with customers and team members
Support daily store operations as needed

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable transportation
Excellent punctuality and attendance
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate items

Schedule:

Part-time hours
Weekdays and alternating Saturdays required

Experience:

Retail experience preferred, but not required
