**Join Our Passionate Team as an Operating Room Circulating Nurse!** **Job Description:** - **Shift:** Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM - *Schedule may vary each day based on case start times.* - **Position Overview:** - Are you ready to take your nursing career to the next level? We are seeking a skilled and passionate Circulating OR Nurse with experience in diverse surgical specialties! - Specialties include: - ENT - Ophthalmology - Podiatry - GYN - Plastic Surgery - **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead yourself and others as a competent nurse in a dynamic clinical setting. - Provide routine and complex nursing care while thinking long-term. - Manage clinical situations effectively, making appropriate assignments and delegating tasks. - Deliver nursing care using the nursing process: - Assessment - Diagnosis - Planning - Intervention - Evaluation - Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. - Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness. - Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided. - Assess learning needs and educate patients, family members, and caregivers. - **Requirements:** - **Education:** Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred). - **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in the related nursing specialty (preferred). - **Licenses/Certifications:** - BLS (AHA only) - ACLS (AHA only) - RN License in Texas or compact. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
