Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveys! Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work. Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments. Responsibilities Survey residential and commercial properties. Take photos of the property. Obtain property details and assess overall condition. Provide timely reports and submit them online via PC/Desktop. Qualifications Reliable car for driving to inspections. Computer running Windows 10 or newer. Smartphone or digital camera. Reliable home internet. Basic computer and communication skills.
