The Welcome and Engagement Associate is the first point of connection for Ohio Valley Voices. This individual creates a welcoming environment for families, donors, and visitors while actively supporting the growth of our volunteer community. By managing front-desk operations and coordinating internal engagement events, this role ensures that every person who enters our building feels the impact of our mission to serve children who are deaf and hard of hearing. Job responsiblities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and emails
• Receiving and distributing packages and deliveries
• Maintaining organization of the front desk
• Coordinating internal events such as luncheons
• Supporting and recruiting volunteers
• managing recognition initiatives to volunteers
• Providing support to the senior program director
• Supporting the development manager

Requirements include:

• High school diploma
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and management software
