Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step if you're eager for your next opportunity.The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Manager and supervising the warehouse team members to ensure that all functions are performed efficiently within the company and distribution center standards.The schedule for this position is Sunday-Friday 1:00pm-finish (subject to change based on business needs).The salary range is $65,000-$70,000.You will:Plan, manage, and coordinate the daily activities for the warehouse within shipping operationsEffectively forecast volume, staffing, and supply needs to meet productivity and expense budgetsWalk the warehouse to ensure building conditions are maintainedIdentify potential safety hazards and correct them as necessaryDevelop and maintain good working relationships with the warehouse team and supply chainDevelop productive associates through training and coachingPerform other duties as assigned, including special projectsYou have:3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the distribution industryA working knowledge of government regulations regarding warehouse operationsStrong leadership and engagement skillsExperience implementing process improvementsProficiency with Microsoft Word and ExcelBachelor's degree or equivalent preferredWe offer a dynamic environment for our more than 13,000 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
