If so, VCA Lynnfield by the Lake Animal Hospital wants you on our team! We are seeking a personable yet highly professional Client Service Representative (CSR) with veterinary experience to be the welcoming face of our hospital.

Why We Need You

As the first and last face our clients see, you set the tone for our entire practice. You aren't just answering phones—you are building and maintaining the trust and confidence of our veterinary community. As a CSR, you are the crucial pivot point around which our daily hospital operations spin.

In this vital role, your day-to-day will include:

• Creating Outstanding First Impressions: Warmly greeting clients and their pets, answering busy phone lines with a smile, and guiding patients comfortably to their exam rooms.
• Managing the Flow: Scheduling and confirming appointments efficiently to keep our veterinary team running smoothly.
• Financial Stewardship: Presenting and explaining treatment plans/fees clearly and processing payments with accuracy and care.
• Client Education: Answering questions regarding our services and products, and educating clients on basic husbandry and non-medical pet care (such as flea/tick control, and heartworm prevention)., including
• Administrative Excellence: Managing medical records, keeping patient charts organized, and handling hospital correspondence.
• Hospital Pride: Ensuring our facility is clean, tidy, and welcoming (both inside and out)—which includes assisting with light hospital upkeep and pet waste removal.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience working in a veterinary hospital or animal care environment is highly preferred.
• Availability: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required to support our clients when they need us most.
• Superpowers: Exceptional communication skills, a positive "can-do" attitude, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a deep empathy for both people and pets.
