About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant , you will work under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. This will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition to nursing staff

• Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents

• Participating in care conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to patients, including assistance with activities of daily living

• Perform vital signs and other clinical measurements as needed

• Assist with range of motion and other therapies as directed by therapists

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care

• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain skills and knowledge
