Job Summary
Labor and Delivery Nurse located in the healthcare provider setting. This position involves providing specialized care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods in a Level IV Maternal Designation facility. The role supports high-risk, high-volume delivery services with a focus on maternal and neonatal health.

Job Details

• Certifications: BLS Provider certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross; Neonatal Resuscitation certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP); Advanced Life Support from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Education: Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited school/college of nursing.
• Licenses and Experience: Texas RN license; minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery/Perinatal experience in high-volume delivery service, with preferred 3-5 years of Perinatal clinical experience.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include providing critical support during labor, ensuring neonatal and maternal safety, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional certifications such as Advanced Fetal Monitoring are preferred for the role.
• Submission Requirements: Verification of license, certification, professional profiles, and references are necessary.
