Quality Assurance Lead
Location: Pittsburgh, PA ONLY - onsite
Contract: W2 only
Overview
Managing all phases of software testing, this role requires extensive experience in functional testing, system integration testing, end-to-end testing, accessibility testing, and regression testing. Knowledge in performance testing and scripting/programming on Java Selenium BDD framework is essential. Candidates with a strong background in Agile/Scrum environments and experience with JIRA are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all phases of software testing.
- Experience in functional testing, system integration testing, end to end testing, accessibility testing, regression testing.
- Knowledge in Performance testing.
- Basic DB query using Automation and manual testing experience.
- Basic debugging skills.
- Executing API collections using Postman tool.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum work environment.
- Experience in creating test strategy, test results.
- Strong knowledge of testing disciplines and methodologies.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Expert knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Project management knowledge.
- People management skills.
- Analytical thinker, detailed oriented.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Lead, coach and influence others for results and good performance.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Computer Engineering, or relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
- Junit, QfaaS, Karate, Load Runner, Jmeter.
- Java knowledge.
