Fiscal Associate II

The Fiscal Associate II position involves applying complex fiscal and financial functions to process tax returns, including withholding, gross receipts, and business-related returns. The role requires advanced technical knowledge to apply state and federal laws and regulations, with potential cross-training across multiple tax processing areas. Incumbents review source documents, verify transaction classifications, maintain financial records, and prepare reports using automated information systems. Key qualifications: Six months' experience processing accounting, auditing, or payroll transactions following applicable laws and regulations Six months' experience determining compliance of financial transactions with required documentation and codes Six months' experience preparing financial reports combining data from multiple sources OR possession of Associate's degree or higher in Accounting or related field Proficiency with commercial and proprietary automated information systems and computer software #J-18808-Ljbffr Civicworks
