High school diploma or GED 1+ years of related experience in the transportation or distribution field Able to lift 50 lbs. Strong skills in data entry, 10-key, and Microsoft Office Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred Accurately complete shipping documentation and required paperwork Maintain records of outgoing shipments and transportation activities Coordinate shipments using established routing guidelines and customer requirements Communicate with internal teams, carriers, and external customers regarding shipment status and scheduling Prepare and print shipping paperwork using multiple logistics and warehouse systems Partner with operations teams to ensure on-time customer deliveries Follow customer-specific shipping processes and standard operating procedures Manage a high volume of emails and customer inquiries throughout the day Provide prompt resolutions to shipping issues and customer concerns Handle fast-paced and high-pressure situations professionally and efficiently Support additional logistics, shipping, and administrative duties as assigned More Than Just a Paycheck.
