Real Estate Development Attorney

Join Our Team as an Attorney at Axiom We are currently seeking Real Estate Development Attorneys to work with some of the world’s largest companies across multiple industries. This is an existing vacancy. Responsibilities Advise developers, investors, and property owners on all phases of commercial and residential real estate development projects. Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, easements, leases, and financing documents. Coordinate due diligence, title review, and regulatory approvals to facilitate successful project execution. Counsel clients on risk management, project structuring, and compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations. Qualifications 7+ years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions and development projects. Strong knowledge of real estate acquisitions, financing, leasing, due diligence, and development agreements. Experience working independently and cross‑functionally and taking on complex projects. Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside. Compensation The estimated total compensation for full‑time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500‑325,000 per year and for non‑attorney roles is $71,250‑309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
