Purpose The Master Data Manager is responsible for the governance, planning, and execution activities surrounding the Material, Vendor, and Customer Master Data. This position recommends, develops, and/or implements process improvements and data management strategies. Key Objectives and Responsibilities Manage the analysis, design, and documentation of the integration of SAP Master Data into new business processes. Oversee the identification and definition of business and/or product requirements, which includes managing the transition of requirements and use cases to the developers. Manage the identification, development, and implementation of test scenarios, test scripts, and user acceptance training. Analyze Master Data and recommend, develop, and/or implement process improvements and Master Data Management strategies. Partner with change management team to develop and evaluate training communications, curricula, and materials, and train end users. Manage assigned staff. Other duties as assigned. Required Education/Experiences Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline Minimum 7 years of related experience with SAP Data Analyst Experience with SAP S/4 MDG Competencies Organizing requirements using structured techniques for documentation, analysis, evaluation/validation Breaking down high-level information into details and abstracting low-level information Identifying risks Strong organization and prioritization skills required to meet strict deadlines Ability to multi-task Building relationships and working collaboratively Developing structured user manuals and training Preparing and executing acceptance test plans Experience working in SAP Demonstration of Calumet Values – Safety, Environment & Social Responsibility, Teamwork, Ownership, Passion for Customers, and Excellence Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
