Key Responsibilities * Perform advanced diagnostic routines, complex mechanical repairs, and intricate electrical fault tracing across the complete Porsche lineup (heritage to modern high-voltage platforms). * Maintain meticulous attention to detail, upholding Porsche factory standards on every repair order. * Serve as a technical resource and mentor for Silver, Bronze, and Apprentice technicians in the shop. * Collaborate directly with Service Advisors and Shop Management to ensure transparent customer communication and optimal shop flow. Qualifications & Requirements * Current Porsche Gold Level Certification (Active or recently active factory credential). * Minimum 5+ years of dedicated Porsche dealership or elite specialist shop experience. * High proficiency with Porsche PIWIS software, modern network architecture, and complex powertrain assembly. * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * Strong commitment to shop cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
