This is for High School students only The Intern position is a temporary learning experience designed to foster the development of individuals interested in a career in healthcare. The purpose of this position is to gain practical experience through direct exposure and active participation. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information Perform clerical duties, maintain files and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed Sort and manage file Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and courier Take notes during meeting Type documents, draft, and report Manage databases and input information, data, and record Attend company functions and meeting Shadow multiple positions and train in a variety of task Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent or be actively pursuing a high school diploma or GED.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
