Registered Dental Assistant - Oral Surgery & Implants

Advanced Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Studio seeks a Registered Dental Assistant to support oral and maxillofacial surgeons in a technology-driven, patient-centered practice. Responsibilities include preparing operatories and instruments, providing chairside assistance for implant placement, wisdom teeth removal, and other surgical procedures, taking digital radiographs, and maintaining rigorous infection control and sterilization standards. The RDA will review medical histories, support sedation and recovery, educate patients on pre- and post-operative instructions, and document care in electronic records. Ideal candidates are compassionate, detail-oriented, comfortable with surgical settings, and eager to learn advanced techniques while contributing to a calm, supportive experience for anxious patients.
