Job Responsibilities

- Assess patients in either an inpatient or outpatient environment and craft personalized treatment plans.

- Educate patients and their families regarding therapeutic goals, discharge instructions, and home exercise routines.

- Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress following facility and regulatory standards.

- Take part in care team meetings and interdisciplinary discussions to ensure integrated patient care.

Qualifications

- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or its equivalent from an accredited institution.

- Valid state licensure as a PT / Physical Therapist.

- CPR certification is preferred.

- Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are advantageous but not mandatory.

Skills

- Prior experience is strongly preferred.
