Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to build and scale Dutch’s social presence into a high-impact growth and brand channel You’ll work closely with Growth, Brand, PR, and Content to develop a social media plan and content calendar that drives awareness, builds trust, and contributes to member growth and CAC efficiency Own and execute Dutch’s social strategy across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms Create and publish high-performing content (short-form video, static, reactive, and trend-based) Partner with Creative and Content teams to develop scroll-stopping, on-brand assets Manage content calendar aligned to campaigns, launches, and cultural moments Drive engagement through community management (comments, DMs, conversations) Identify trends, memes, and cultural moments to create timely, relevant content Collaborate with Growth to test paid amplification, whitelisting, and creator content Work with PR and Partnerships on influencer and celebrity integrations Analyze performance, create reports, and optimize based on engagement, reach, shares, SOV, and conversion signals Support lifecycle and cross-channel content (email, SMS, landing pages) as needed You’ll build and scale Dutch Vet’s social presence Your work will directly impact brand awareness, engagement, and acquisition You’ll operate at the intersection of brand, performance, and culture You’ll help define how pet care shows up in modern media The chance to make a meaningful impact on pets (and their people) You’ll make trusted veterinary care more accessible to millions of pet parents This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create content that captures attention, drives engagement, shares, views, and converts balancing storytelling with performanceStrong creative instincts with an eye for what performs vs. what looks goodAbility to move fast, test, learn, and adapt in a high-growth environmentDeep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video trends3–6 years of experience managing and growing social media for a brandProven ability to create content that drives engagement, growth, and subscriptionsWillingness to take chances, disrupt and try new thingsStrong writing and communication skills with attention to tone and brand voiceStrong project management and analytic skillsData-driven mindset comfortable using insights to iterate quicklyExperience working cross-functionally with Growth, Creative, Product, and PR teamsExperience in consumer, health, pet, or subscription businessesExperience with influencer/creator partnerships and whitelistingFamiliarity with performance marketing and paid socialExperience launching or scaling a brand’s social presence #J-18808-Ljbffr Dutch
