Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical UnitSchedule12-hour night shifts, every other weekend as scheduled. Extra shifts may be available, with possibilities for block scheduling based on preferences.Job DescriptionThe Medical/Surgical unit is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a dynamic patient care environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong medical-surgical experience due to the variety of patient diagnoses. Responsibilities include managing care for patients with conditions such as CHF, pneumonia, abdominal pain, and post-operative surgical recovery.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care in a medical/surgical setting.Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver optimal patient outcomes.Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.Assist with procedures and patient education.Participate in unit orientation, training programs, and policy reviews.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMust have prior experience in a medical/surgical unit.Epic experience is required.BLS and NIHSS certification required for RNs and LPNs.ACLS and PALS recommended but not required.Valid nursing license required for submission.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
