What We Need We’re looking for a sharp, inventive, and highly collaborative creative strategist to lead the charge on RFPs and new business pitches. This role is dedicated to building culturally resonant, insight-driven campaign strategies and creative narratives that win new business. You’ll act as the connective tissue between creative, strategy, and business development, owning the strategic and conceptual vision from brief to final deck. What You’ll Do Structure narrative arcs that immediately hook prospective clients, guiding them seamlessly from challenge to insight, strategy, and execution. Deconstruct client RFPs to surface hidden opportunities, defining the campaign hook, strategic angle, and cultural tension for every proposal. Distill market research, cultural trends, and consumer behaviors into singular, actionable insights that anchor the agency's creative approach. Craft concise, punchy narrative lines and value propositions that make complex multi-channel strategies feel effortless and undeniable. Lead integrated brainstorms with PR, social, influencer, and media strategists to generate earned-first campaign concepts and press hooks. Translate abstract creative ideas into concrete, pitch-ready activation plans complete with mechanics, deliverables, and predicted outcomes. Ensure creative concepts directly map back to the client's business objectives and agency KPIs, balancing bold creativity with feasibility. Prep and coach leads before the pitch, ensuring seamless transitions, clear roles, and a unified team voice. Build and curate a centralized library of modular slide templates, agency credentials, capabilities decks, and past proposal frameworks. Standardize the pitch production workflow, creating repeatable frameworks and briefing guidelines to elevate pitch quality across the entire agency. What You’ll Bring Experience: 10-14 years of strategy, agency copy, or deck-building experience in PR, integrated marketing, or creative agencies. Deck Mastermind: Expert-level proficiency in Keynote, Google Slides, and PowerPoint, with a strong eye for visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and graphic storytelling. Pitch Experience: Proven track record of architecting winning PR or integrated marketing decks under tight deadlines. PR & Media Knowledge: Deep understanding of earned media, influencer strategy, experiential, and digital execution to translate PR tactics into pitch-ready concepts. Insight & Narrative Writing: Exceptional written communication skills with a knack for writing sharp headlines, clear strategic positioning, and intuitive deck flow.
