Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Location: Exton, PA, US Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year Experience Level: Senior Level Job Overview We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate BCBA to join our team. The BCBA will work closely with clients, providing behavioral consultation and therapy services. The role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and supervising evidence‑based interventions within a collaborative care environment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs. Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Collaborate with other professionals—Speech & Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists—to ensure comprehensive client care. Provide parent training and support to help families implement behavior plans and skill programs at home. Regularly review and analyze data to monitor the effectiveness of behavior plans and skill programs, adjusting as necessary. Prepare and deliver progress reports and treatment recommendations to families and funding sources. Maintain client records in accordance with ethical, legal, and agency requirements. Participate in professional development activities to stay current with research and best practices in ABA. Qualifications Must hold a current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). At least 5 years of experience in behavioral consulting, with a strong emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs. Excellent skills in data analysis and report writing. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Ability to supervise and train Behavior Technicians and RBTs. Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes and other service delivery locations.
