Our Associate Clinical Supervisor role is designed specifically for clinicians pursuing BCBA certification who want hands-on experience with guardrails, consistent mentorship, and a clear development plan while accruing hours. Direct Service Rate: $24.00-$27.00.hour Supervision / Clinical Support Rate: $28.00-$32.00/hour Administrative / Training Rate: Applied to approved non-client-facing work Your mix of direct, supervision, and administrative hours is intentionally designed based on client needs and your supervision plan. This role is ideal for clinicians enrolled in or completing a graduate program in ABA who want strong supervision, ethical practice, and real clinical growth - not just hours. WhatYou'llDo Deliver direct ABA therapy to children in home and community settings Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) under BCBA guidance Support development and implementation of individualized ABA programs Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data and session notes Model best practices and provide clinical support to Behavior Technicians Participate in individual and group supervision to accrue BCBA hours Coach caregivers on evidence-based behavioral strategies Collaborate with BCBAs and regional clinical leaders to ensure treatment fidelity Attend trainings, team meetings, and mentorship opportunities How Success Is Measured Success in this role is defined by: Consistent skill development and clinical growth Strong engagement in supervision and feedback Ethical, compassionate, and data-driven practice Effective collaboration with supervisors, technicians, and families Progress toward BCBA certification milestones ____________________________________________________________________________________ Qualifications Completed at least 9 hours of ABA coursework units as part of a Masters Degree program Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities Interest in supervision, mentorship, and clinical leadership Strong organizational and communication skills Commitment to ethical, assent-based care Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally ____________________________________________________________________________________ Why CAS Is Different We intentionally design mid-level home-based roles that: Provide structure and supervision - not isolation Protect learning while building real competence Create clear, supported pathways to BCBA roles Invest in clinicians early and intentionally ____________________________________________________________________________________ Not Ready to Make the Jump - but Know Someone Who Is?
