Note: benefits may vary depending on the position and are subject to change.What Drives SuccessDuties Include, But Are Not Limited To:Responsible for gathering information and executing billing for clientsEnsures accuracy of the billing process in accordance to client contracts and compliance with internal & external controls requirementsWorks across departments concerning billing queriesIdentify, analyze and communicate any client billing issues to Billing ManagerSupport Billing Manager in proactively identifying process issues and implementing billing process changes as necessaryIs the subject matter expert for the Billing softwareEnsure that all processes and controls are in place to facilitate accurate revenue recognitionProvide analysis support for the financial month end closingWhat We Are Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GEDStrong accounting and finance knowledge is requiredMinimum of three years customer serviceAbility to learn and understand technical terminology.Must be able to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.Able to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focused on details.HVAC knowledge/experience preferredAttention to detail and commitment to accuracyComputer skills and proficiency in MS Office softwareSuperior teamwork and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills.Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workersWhat We OfferCompensation: This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $35,000 – $42,000 annually.
