About the Position

Job Title

Computed Tomography Technologist (CT Tech)

Hanford, CA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | Friday–Sunday, 8:00 PM – 8:30 AM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes
• Perform a variety of imaging procedures including general radiography and fluoroscopy
• Administer contrast media as required for CT procedures
• Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care
• Document and manage imaging data accurately within the electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and/or Computed Tomography (CT): R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T.(R)(ARRT)
• Active Radiologic Technologist (RT) state license in California
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system
• Experience operating the GE EVO CT unit

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
• Advanced ARRT certification in CT modality
• Fluoroscopy license in the state of California
• Venipuncture certification
