Shift Manager – McDonald's Eligibility and Employment : This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald's USA. The franchisee is separate from McDonald's USA and will be your employer. The franchisee handles all employment matters. Description The Shift Manager leads shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service. You provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintain quality, service, cleanliness, and safety, and communicate with the next Shift Manager. Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Flexible schedule, positive team player, passion for fast‑paced environment.
