What You'll Do
• Manage fullcycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Learn and support progress billing processes
• Assist the Senior Accountant with general ledger work and monthend close
• Reconcile accounts, research discrepancies, and ensure accurate financial records
• Identify process improvements and bring forward solutions proactively
What They're Looking For
• A new graduate with strong accounting internship experience or 1-2 years of accounting work experience
• Someone eager to learn, detailoriented, and naturally curious
• A proactive problemsolver who isn't afraid to ask questions
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; Associate's degree considered with relevant experience
