Program Lead - Rehab PT

Role Overview: The Program Lead is responsible for overseeing rehabilitation services within assigned accounts, ensuring high-quality patient care, effective coordination, and customer satisfaction. They provide direct patient care, support therapy staff, and facilitate communication with referral sources. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain the delivery of evidence-based, compliant rehab services. Assist in staffing, resource utilization, and clinical program promotion. Coordinate with licensed therapists and leadership to support clinical and operational goals. Support clinical orientation, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives. Manage relationships with facility teams, identify new opportunities, and promote services. Ensure adherence to care plans, documentation standards, and billing practices. Support financial management to meet budget goals. Perform other duties supporting clinical and operational excellence. Qualifications & Skills Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility in applicable state(s). Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or Bachelor's plus extensive experience. Minimum of three years direct patient care and one year management experience.
