Responsibilities

The President and CEO provides overall leadership and direction for All Chicago, reporting to the Board of Directors and serving as the organization's primary external representative. The successful candidate will have experience leading within complex, multi‑stakeholder environments and will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and systems under pressure. Credibility with a broad range of constituencies is essential, as is the ability to earn trust through consistency, listening, and follow‑through. The ideal candidate will bring strong management instincts, including an understanding of financial systems, audits, and organizational risk, and a demonstrated ability to delegate to and support a high‑performing leadership team. Familiarity with federal, state, and local funding streams is important, but All Chicago welcomes candidates whose core strength lies in leading people and systems through complexity, and who are prepared to learn quickly while relying on internal expertise.

Compensation and Benefits

All Chicago offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Compensation for this position is anticipated to be between $260,000 and $300,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
