Capital Markets CRE Analyst: Financial Modeling & OM Prep

Newmark Group is seeking a financial analyst for the Capital Markets Industrial & Office team in Rutherford, NJ. The role builds cash-flow models, performs underwriting, and drafts offering memorandums and BOVs for investment sales and capital markets assignments. Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of CRE analysis experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and proven writing/presentation abilities.
