Active Respiratory Therapist license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule:

• 3x12 hour night shifts
• Weekend and holiday rotation required

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, evaluate, and treat patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders using advanced therapeutic techniques
• Administer prescribed respiratory therapy treatments and provide airway management
• Operate and maintain ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP machines, and other respiratory care equipment
• Monitor, document, and report patient responses to treatment, collaborating closely with physicians and nursing staff
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans and promote best practices for recovery and disease management
• Respond to emergency situations with skill and composure, including code blue and rapid response scenarios

Qualifications:

• Active license as a Respiratory Therapist (RT)
• Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Strong knowledge of respiratory care procedures, equipment, and evidence-based practices
• Excellent communication, critical-thinking, and team collaboration skills
• Previous night shift and hospital experience preferred
